Proposal Submission is Live!
New Proposal Submission Deadline: November 9, 2018
Please read the Author Information carefully about the different types of proposals and submission requirements.
Note that the primary or corresponding author of each submission is the only author that ISAP organizers will communicate with. It is the responsibility of the corresponding author to relay relevant information to the co-authors.
Each corresponding author will need to create an Author Profile on the submission site. The corresponding author may submit multiple proposals using the same Author Profile. Information in your Author Profile can be updated any time by logging in with your email address. It is very important that you update your contact information if there are any changes.
The corresponding author may edit a draft or completed submission up until the close of the proposal submission site, after which, no changes (major or minor) can be made. Please proofread all elements of your submission for correctness and completeness. The information that you enter will appear in the Program as you have entered it. If you need to withdraw your submission after the close of submission, please write to the ISAP Team, email@example.com.
You can always access the submission site via the “Proposal Submission” button below and log in with your email address. Please reference your Submission ID in all your correspondence with the ISAP Team concerning your submission. You can always check your Submission ID in your Profile Home at the submission site.
Decisions of acceptance and presentation format will be made by December 2018. An email notification will be sent to all corresponding authors at that time. An announcement that the email has been sent will be posted on the ISAP website. If you do not receive an email after this announcement has been posted, please check your spam folder. Contact the ISAP Team, firstname.lastname@example.org if necessary.
If you encounter technical difficulty during your submission process, use the red Support button at the bottom of the screen on the submission site.
If you have questions about the content of your submission, please contact the ISAP Team, email@example.com.
